Four hearts for one car.

Image
T hat is in other words the new Mustang's motto: "Four engines. One Soul."  Four Engine options to choose about. What will you choose? This is my "four hearts for one car" list (from less fun to super fun) 1. Don't get all excited now, because there is a 4 cylinders in the stable! -_- Yes a 4 cylinders engine is now available for the Mustang. This one is a 2.3L offering a really impressive 310HP and 320lb-ft of torque with a turbo (shame on you Japanese 4 cylinders XD) . It ain't a V8 Mustang after all, but if you're up to having a muscle car without the gas prices draining your wallet, then this one is for you. 2. "Nah, 4 cylinders are not for me, but I don't want my wallet being drained by my gas tank!" Disclaimer: ( This quote its just fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons is purely coincidental.) Just in case!  If you are that kind of person, the let me introduce to you the V6 Mustang! This is a 3.7L V6 with less HP than t

What is a... Gripz? Part II

W ell, according to Nissan, a sportier compact crossover aimed at younger buyers and inspired in the Datsun 240Z that won the African Rally race I mentioned in the last post, and, oh yeah, I can't forget the road bike inspiration there too.Below the Nissan Newsroom YouTube Channel introducing the Gripz. You can see a couple of hints of their bike inspiration here and there across the car, like the bike wheel shapes on the steering wheel, the seats, the "frame" dash, the saddle arm rest, and some other things. One thing I really liked is the sport swatch gauges. Inside, yes, totally a concept car. On the outside, well, I see more Juke there than anything else, but they want to reinvent the sports car, so yeah, in a future we might see a Z crossover, sadly. The way the doors open, totally a concept car there too. Personal opinion here. The Gripz is a very nice, futuristic concept of a crossover. I would like to see some of their designs of the Gripz on a Juke in th

What is a... Gripz?

Image
Yes, that's the question I made to myself when I saw the teaser video of Nissan's new concept car, the Gripz. So, apparently, many believed it was going to be the new Juke, more sportier, if that can be said. But now it is believed that the Gripz is, or will be, the replacement of (my beloved) Nissan Z. (Tears) :''( A sports crossover, some claim. The death of a legend, I say. Inspired, apparently, by the rally 240Z that won some some African rallies in the early 70's. And, OH,yeah,I almost forgot... Inspired by... bikes? Well, let's see how the Frankfurt Motor Show goes this year. Below is the teaser video of the Gripz. What do you think about this? P D N R???

The Random Post: The Veloster

Image
Here's one of my random posts. This time, it's the Veloster's turn. The Veloster. A three door "coupe-sedan" fusion. For me, it looked really weird at first. One door on one side and two doors on the passenger side? Well, that's what the Veloster is all about. If you have a sport coupe or have driven one, you might know that fitting passengers on the rear seat can be quite a mission. That is what the Veloster's design is about. Having a sports cars that can be able to fit your friends in the back seats. I have seen the Veloster's on the roads and in parking lots. I have to say that they look really nice and sporty on the roads and in the parking lots. The lines of the car's design, the led accent headlights, the centered exhaust tips, the center ignition start button, the sporty gauges, the massive sunroof, the wheels, and many other things make it look like a really good looking car. Weird, yeah, but nice enough to maybe consider getting one

The Challenger

M uscle cars.       Oh, dearly beloved muscle cars. This time I write about the new Challenger. As you might have noticed, Dodge made a little more effort in remaking an old 70's muscle car. Back in early 2000's, the Charger was the bomb. Everyone wanted a Charger (even me). So, when I searched online for the previous Charger models, basically the ones of the 70's, I noticed that the Charger was a whole new car, based on the Chrysler 300c, that had nothing to do with the old Charger, except that they put a V8 in it.   Then, they released the Challenger. And I thought "That's a muscle car". It had the looks of the old Challenger (I think the just drew lines over the picture of an old Challenger). It was the same car, with modern looks, and a really bulkier design. Until this year. Thanks Dodge! They finally added the final touches to the Challenger, and now it looks more retro than ever. It now has the #1 position of my favorites muscle cars. From a 3
