Nissan GT-R / Skyline

Image
A s many of you might have already noticed, I'm a big Nissan follower, and a big GT-R fan. Why? Simple, as I grew up the family car was a Nissan. Ever since I have loved Nissan's. But, the Nissan GT-R it's such a beastly car with so much raw power on a V6 and an outstanding performance, that it is one of my favorite cars. Only four men assemble the GT-R's engines. They are known as Takumi (no, not the Initial D Takumi). These Takumi are master craftsmen who perfected their skills over years of dedication. Each Takumi inspects for quality and precision. Each GT-R engine has a plaque with the signature of the Takumi who assembled it. Car lovers and enthusiasts know or might have heard at least of the Nurburgring, or at least you might have raced it in Gran Turismo or something. The GT-R made an astonishing 7:08:679 in 2013,making the GT-R the fastest production car in the world. In 1989 the Skyline GT-R (BNR32) was named Godzilla by an Australian moto...

From the Driver's Seat: Bad Habits

Image
I had to do this post. It has recently happened to me a lot of times, since my last job implied a lot of driving to different places. And no, it ain't a bad habit I have. But others do. :TURN SIGNALS: Think of this: You are driving to the mall. In front of you there's a "white Yaris" (only as an example) and after the stop light turns green, everyone starts to drive. You now see the mall, but before the mall there is a grocery store, and suddenly the "white Yaris" abruptly stops and turns to the grocery store without even turning on the turn signal. You have to suddenly break and the "Jeep" behind you almost hits you. All because the "white Yaris" didn't put on the turn signals. "According to a study by The Society of Automotive Engineers, turn signal neglect in the United States causes about two million crashes per year ."  -HuffPost Living Canada Like if you were able to predict what everyone dr...

GT-R NISMO

Image
When you hear “Nissan” , you may think of Z’s, Pathfinder’s, Skyline’s, Fast and Furious, Paul Walker (He was the best), Sentra’s, SE-R’s, Need for Speed’s Underground 2 green Nissan 350 Z… Versa’s… Ok, enough! Wake up! But then, when you hear “NISMO” , well, you think: “Fast, very fast, racing fast!” or something like that. Well, Nissan wants that: speed . Ever since the Nissan Skyline appeared, it has been a long-time favorite car among every car enthusiast. But sadly, they didn’t came to the U.S. territory; and then, like Thor spinning it’s “Miau-Miau” hammer flying from another planet to save the Earth, the son of Skyline came to the U.S., the Nissan GT-R. (I really think that it is incredible how much power that beast has in a V6 when Americans need V8’s to have at least some of the power the GT-R has; still , I love muscle cars XD). But the 2015 GT-R didn’t come alone; he was being chased by his evil twin, a badass Bane-like being, combining forces with The Hulk, Megatron...
