Four hearts for one car.

Image
T hat is in other words the new Mustang's motto: "Four engines. One Soul."  Four Engine options to choose about. What will you choose? This is my "four hearts for one car" list (from less fun to super fun) 1. Don't get all excited now, because there is a 4 cylinders in the stable! -_- Yes a 4 cylinders engine is now available for the Mustang. This one is a 2.3L offering a really impressive 310HP and 320lb-ft of torque with a turbo (shame on you Japanese 4 cylinders XD) . It ain't a V8 Mustang after all, but if you're up to having a muscle car without the gas prices draining your wallet, then this one is for you. 2. "Nah, 4 cylinders are not for me, but I don't want my wallet being drained by my gas tank!" Disclaimer: ( This quote its just fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons is purely coincidental.) Just in case!  If you are that kind of person, the let me introduce to you the V6 Mustang! This is a 3.7L V6 with less HP than t...

The Random Post: Renting a car

Image
Recently, I rented a car for a long trip with my family. I wanted it to be a large car for five persons and storage for our luggage and stuff, since we were staying over with family on another town for a couple of days. The place where I went had only few choices, most of them Ford. They also had a couple of Hyundai Sonata, Ford Fusion, Explorer, and a Taurus. At first I thought the Sonata, but then there wouldn't be enough space for our luggage. The Fusion seemed like the logical choice, because the Explorer's daily rent was more expensive. But then, for five more dollars, I could take the Taurus. At first it felt like such a heavy and bulky car (because I drive a two door coupe, and the Taurus is big and bulky), but it had such a nice mix of elegance, sportiness, and comfort that I was, after a few minutes driving it, in love with it. It was the SEL model, that had black leather interiors, a very nice sound system with satellite radio, the Sync (which works just awesome), and...

Old Cars: Reborn

Image
We have seen how car names have come from generation to generation, like, for example, the Ford Mustang. Born in 1964, it has been ever since the favorite of almost every car enthusiast out there. On 2005, Ford decided to go retro with the Mustang, using as inspiration the design of the first generation pony car. But the Mustang name has never died, unlike some other American muscle cars, like the Dodge Charger, a very classic American muscle car that came back to life on 2006 ( with a mouth-watering 6.4 V8 HEMI on the R/T :D ). Also, the Dodge Challenger (1970-1983) was brought back to the streets on 2008. Another car ( one of my favorites :D ) was born in 1967. It lived until 2002, but it was reborn from the ashes like the Phoenix in 2010. Can you guess the car? Well, if you are thinking "Camaro", you are correct. It's design evoked the one of the first generation Camaro, the reason why almost everyone like this car, including aliens ( why you think Bumblebee transforme...
